Noble Client Rewards Program — Terms & Fine Print

The Noble Client Referral Rewards Program is administered by Noble Services Canada Inc. (“Noble”) and is designed to thank our past and current clients for introducing new customers to Noble Services.

Eligibility

The program is available to eligible past and current Noble Services clients in good standing.

To qualify, the person or organization being referred must be a new prospective Noble client. The referral must be submitted through Noble's designated referral form before the prospective client becomes an existing Noble lead.

A referral is not eligible if, before submission, the prospective client:

• Has already contacted Noble Services;

• Has requested or received a quote or estimate from Noble;

• Is already discussing a potential project with Noble;

• Is already recorded as a Noble lead or customer; or

• Has already been validly referred by another person or Referral Partner.

Noble's records will be used to determine referral eligibility.

One Referral Per Client & Project

Only one referral reward or referral commission may be issued for the same client and project.

If more than one person refers the same prospective client, the first valid referral received and recorded by Noble will receive referral attribution.

Referral rewards will not be divided between multiple referring parties unless Noble agrees otherwise.

A genuinely separate future project for the same client may qualify for another referral only if Noble confirms its eligibility.

Permission to Refer

Before submitting a referral, you must have the prospective client's permission to provide their contact information to Noble Services and for Noble to contact them regarding their potential project.

Please do not submit someone's contact information without their knowledge or permission.

When Is a Referral Reward Earned?

Submitting a referral does not automatically qualify for a reward.

A Client Referral Reward is earned only after:

1. Noble verifies the referral as eligible;

2. The referred client enters into a qualifying contract with Noble Services Canada Inc.;

3. The qualifying project is completed; and

4. The referred client's final invoice has been paid to Noble in full and in cleared funds.

A quote, signed contract, deposit or progress payment alone does not qualify the referring client for a reward.

Cancelled, abandoned, refunded or unpaid projects do not qualify.

Referral Rewards

Client Referral Rewards are non-cash thank-you rewards and may vary depending on the type and value of the qualifying project.

Qualifying sauna referrals may receive a Noble Sauna Care Package or another sauna-related reward selected by Noble.

For other qualifying Noble Services projects, Noble may provide another appropriate Client Referral Reward.

Available rewards may change from time to time.

Referral rewards:

• Have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash;

• Cannot normally be transferred or sold;

• Cannot be combined with another referral reward or referral commission for the same client/project; and

• May be substituted by Noble with another reward of reasonably comparable value if necessary.

Self-Referrals

Self-referrals are not eligible.

A client may not refer themselves, use another person or related entity to create a referral to themselves, or otherwise structure a transaction primarily for the purpose of receiving a referral reward.

Project Acceptance

A referral does not guarantee that Noble will quote, accept or complete the referred project.

Noble retains sole discretion regarding project suitability, feasibility, pricing, design, scheduling, service area, availability and whether to enter into a contract with a prospective client.

Misuse of the Program

Noble may reject or disqualify a referral where there is evidence of duplicate submissions, inaccurate or misleading information, self-referral, fraud, manipulation of referral attribution or an attempt to circumvent the program rules.

Program Changes

Noble Services Canada Inc. reserves the right to modify, suspend or discontinue the Client Referral Rewards Program for future referrals at any time.

Changes to the program will not eliminate a referral reward that has already been fully earned under the applicable program terms.

Referral eligibility, referral priority and final reward determination are determined by Noble Services Canada Inc. based on Noble's records and the terms of the program.
