When permits are required we will always give you the option to acquire them yourself as the homeowner. This can save on cost and time.

We serve Calgary and the surrounding area. This can extend out further for larger projects, so don’t hesitate to ask!

Yes we absolutely offer “ball park” estimates. If it’s for a sauna you can build your own price on each sauna page.

We can also give you a “ball park” estimate for other builds. Just give us as much info as possible and we will do our best.

Lead times can vary widely depending on the project and our bookings list. During the spring and summer we are typically booked at least a month in advance - usually longer. For larger builds like a barn your lead time may be a few months.

It’s important to secure your booking with us as soon as possible. Quoted lead times can change drastically if booking is not secured as soon as possible.

We operate on a first come first serve basis - with down payment secured bookings.
