We Use An Hourly Rate For Our Handyman Service

Our Rate Is: $65 an hour with a minimum of three hours per 24 hour period

This rate may fluctuate depending on the complexity of tasks and the need for specialized tools. Emergency repairs available and include varied emergency hourly rates.

For our Handyman Service we charge by the hour. A minimum of 2 hours charge per service call at $75 per hour. Payment within 24hrs of service is required by Cash | Credit Card | E-Transfer.

  • We all want to do things ourselves, but there are some things that might be a bit out of your experience. YouTube is great for figuring things out as well and we encourage you to take this route.

    The key is whether you feel comfortable taking on that task or project. If you think you will make a lot of mistakes, or are worried that it won’t look professional when finished - this is when you call a handyman.

  • It’s simple, fill out the form above and we will get back to you as soon as we can. Include as much detail as you can. Then if you’re happy with the preliminary quote we can schedule a day and time to get your project finished.

  • We charge by the hour for almost all Handyman Services. Our rate is $75 an hour with a minimum of 2 hours per service call. You can stack multiple projects into a single call as well - saving you on time and money.

    Once we are finished you will know exactly how long it took to complete the project. Sometimes it takes more time than what we expected and sometimes it takes less time. You will only be charged for the time we spent (above the minimum 2 hours). Sometimes projects hit roadblocks and take longer, and sometimes they go so smoothly that it takes no time at all.

    After we finish and you receive the invoice we do expect payment within 24 hours. You can pay cash, e-transfer, or credit card. Please note that credit card has a 3% service fee added onto the total final invoice. Also note that we do not carry cash and will not be able to give change.

  • Yes, absolutely! We can install almost all appliances for you so long as the electrical and plumping is already setup to hook into. If an your appliance is beyond us, we will just let you know as there are some specific appliances that require specialized technicians from that manufacturer.

  • This is a more nuanced question. The basic answer is when it is beyond a days work.

    Why does this matter?

    Because of the way that you are charged: Handyman is charged by the hour and Renovations are charged by the project.

  • Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, or any other specialized trade that requires specific certification. Yes we can do these for you but this requires a separate process and does not fall in the Handyman Category.
